The touristic corridor links the St-Jovite sector to the old Tremblant village and to hotels and condominiums complex of Station Mont-Tremblant. The development site is at close proximity to golf Le Maître and La Belle as well as Gray Rocks hotel, Grand Lodge and the bike trail of 'Le Petit Train du Nord'.
