The Surrounding Area

The location of the project is ideal for businesses involved in recreational activities, touristic services and retail businesses dealing with visitors. The touristic corridor links the St-Jovite sector to the old Tremblant village and to hotels and condominiums complex of Station Mont-Tremblant. The development site is at close proximity to golf Le Maître and La Belle as well as Gray Rocks hotel, Grand Lodge and the bike trail of 'Le Petit Train du Nord'. Various small inns, bed and breakfast and restaurants  are at walking distance. Furthermore, the passing traffic is enhanced by the Mont-Tremblant clientele using Labelle street to access their services and food needs found in the downtown area.
