Our cottage "The Beach Cottage" is located at Lake Desert in La Minerve village area , 30-40 minutes from Mont-Tremblant, Quebec. Paradise of VTT, SKI-DOO, Cross-Country ski, in winter time.

This location is convenient as it is close to services in the village. It is a waterfront chalet where you can do swimming, canoeing, fishing, yatching and practice your favorite water sports. Motorized boats accepted. We supply a canoe and a small fishing boat. You can rent a 9.9 hp at the village. Bring your safety vests.

You can bring your own boat providing you respect to proceed to the cleaning according to instructions of the designated area, the local gas station at La Minerve.

This cottage is built on the former beach of Lake Desert, an easy, sandy, flat access to the lake.Safe for small children.

A breathtaking view to the lake. Enjoy the large deck, sun bathing, or taking a cocktail into the shade of a large birch tree.

In winter, an icing trail is maintained on the lake so you can skate all around the bay. You can access VTT and Ski-Doo trails not far from the cottage. Kids can enjoy a long sliding trail made from a transformed street not in use.

BBQ and patio furniture on the deck and on the beach, facing the lake.

All linens, dishes, towells supplied and a fully equipped kitchen and appliances to accomodate 8 people.

Description of bedrooms:

  • one (1) room with double bed on the first floor
  • one (1) room with Queen bed on the second floor
  • one (1) room with Queen bed on the second floor
  • one (1) room, with double bed on the second floor

    • Two (2) full bathrooms; bath on pedestal on the first floor, washer/dryer in the bathroom. Shower on the second floor. .

    Two(2) living rooms, one per floor. A wood fireplace ( slow combustion )on the seconf floor.

    Enough parking space to accomodate 4 cars.
