Payment Method:

Payments are made by check, direct deposit, wire transfert or cash. We do not accept credit card except if done through Paypal ( Additional 3% fees).

Reservation deposit policy:

To secure your reservation, we ask a 50%, non-refundable deposit at time of booking and payment must be received no later than 7 days from date of booking. Balance is payable 30 days prior your arrival date.

Rates/Taxes:

All rates are in canadian dollars and vary in relation of the lenght of your stay as indicated on the rate card of each property. Rate are valid for up to a set maximum occupancy per cottage. An extra charge of 25.00 $ per person, per night might be applicable in addition to the regular rate for a few extra persons and subject to authorization by owner.

Rates and exchange rate are subject to change without advice. Applicable taxes are 5 % (GST-federal sales tax) and 7.5% (QSP- provincial sales tax). All properties are also subject to either AVT ( 3% )- 'Association de villégiature de Tremblant- or lodging tax - tourism residence tax- (2$) per night.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit the 50% reservation deposit and within 30 days of arrival, will forfeit the full reservation amount. However your cancellation will be subject to a reservation transfert under certain conditions. A reservation is transferable if done within the same season of current year of the original reservation ( summer, winter, spring, fall ) and is subject to availability and pricing in effect at that time.

Minimum Age Requirement:

On behalf of owner’s, Immobilier de Beauvois inc. requires that guests be a minimum of 25 years of age unless accompanied by a parent. A security deposit upon check-in is required and could be increased at the sole discretion of reservation agent at time of booking.
