    • Large lobby entrance on the main floor from where you access a large 360 degree family room with heated ceramic floor.

    For more privacy, 2 doors are separating the family room from the open area of dining room, living room and kitchen where you will find a well equipped gourmet kitchen. Be part of the group discussions while you prepare this wonderfull meal. A rustic dining table to seat 8 people and another table in the 360 family room to accomodate 6 people..

    On the upper floor, you will find a full bathroom with a double size shower and (1)roman bath standing on legs with heated ceramic floor.

    On the main floor, a powder room near living room and kitchen.

    On the terrace floor, there is a full bathroom with shower with heated ceramic floor.

    Large window panels in the living room on each side of the fire place giving access to a large outside balcony overlooking the Lake of the golf ( when tree leaves are not in season). Enough parking space to accomodate 4-6 cars. From the parking , access the house via an elegant granit stones stairway bordered with flowers.
