Security Deposit Policy
The Renter is fully responsible during his stay of all loss , damages, accidents, neglect that could be caused by him or other members of his group or his visitors during the renting period. A Security Deposit varying from $500 à $1,000 CASH is required on arrival and be kept one(1) week after departure to cover for part or all costs related to these incidents. An exit inspection will be done by owner or his agent and a full refund will be provided if there are no damage, missing items or excessive cleaning required on departure.. Tenants accepts to comply with the judgment of the inspector,
